Mission Statement: (See Web Site For Updated Information)
Through our Healthcare Program in Kenya, East Africa we run a rural clinic in the village of Kabula, Kenya. We also run mobile clinic services in the rural villages of western Kenya 3-4 days a week. During these mobile clinics, our overseas volunteer medical students and doctors pack up an SUV with medicine and medical supplies and travel to what appears to be the middle of no where to provide medical care to poor, rural villagers that do not have access to healthcare provided in the major African cities and towns. The overseas volunteers work alongside our full-time staff of Kenyan nurses and doctor. Since 1998, we have had over 1000 volunteers join our work in Kenya, including medical students from numerous US, UK, and Canadian universities, as well as trained doctors and nurses.
